BTW

My new fitness goal is to run NOT WALK 10 miles a week. This is very difficult since running has taken on a whole new lifeform after having a baby. It's not as easy as it used to be. I walked 3.5 miles yesterday and as soon as Cora wakes up I am going to try and run 3 miles. We'll see how it goes.

I want to run too! When do you exercise? I have tried to do some things in the morning before the chaos hits, but I am already bored. I want to get out and see the world, while I run. Good luck and send your tips my way.

I love it when I start to run and I can feel fat bouncing on my back. It is great.
